No potable water rinse necessary at 1 oz/4-gallon use rate

• Also used as oil and grease emulsifier.
• Safe on aluminum, brass, painted surfaces, and wood.
Dilution rate: Typically 2–5 oz/gallon of water but may be used undiluted.
Wrecker
General-purpose foaming liquid cleaner and degreaser concentrate.
•• For use on most surfaces EXCEPT aluminum.
•• Can be used with pressure sprayers.
Dilution rate:
Floors: 2–6 oz/gallon of water
Hoods, ranges, stoves, cement: 10 oz/gallon
Quat Clean
Broad-range sanitizer for general cleaning, sanitation, and deodorizing of hard surfaces.
• Safely and effectively controls the hazards of cross-contamination when properly diluted.
• Long half-life makes it ideal for food production facilities including wineries.
Dilution rate: 3 oz/1 gallon water
PAA
Food-grade sanitizer formulated for CIP pipeline cleaning and sanitizing, bottle and filler sanitizing, and disinfection.
• Peracetic-acid-based.
• Can treat cooling water and wastewater.
• Controls slime and biofouling and reduces sulfites and odors.
Dilution rate: 1– 6.1 oz/6 gallons of water
Tank Brite
High-foaming acid cleaner and de-scaler for glass, stainless steel, and aluminum surfaces.
• Will work on calcium oxalate.
• Formulated with metal brighteners and passivators.
Dilution rate:
Glass: 1 part/10 parts water
Aluminum: 1 part/10–15 parts water
Stainless steel: 1 part/20–25 parts water
Countertops, sinks, walls, etc.: 1–3 oz/gallon
