SPXFLOW Centrifuge
Allows the recovery of fine particles (0.05–500 micrometers) and/or promote a strong clarification of liquids by
means of a very high peripheral centrifugal field (G-force).
• High-speed bowl offers excellent clarification efficiency with low oxygen pickup.
• Unique bowl seal needs no nitrogen blanket.
• Skid-mounted units.
• On-line monitoring.
• Low operation cost due to low energy consumption.
• Simple maintenance protocols.
From traditional filtering methods to the more innovative tangential filtration process, they offer the finest equipment
available today. ATPGroup is proud to partner with TMCI Padovan as its exclusive distributor in North America.
Filtration
TMCI Padovan Dynamos Cross-Flow Filter System
Also Available As An
ATPGroup Mobile Service
Patented, rotating, high-solid filter with an innovative calibrated back-pulse
system. Filters both lees and wines with optimal results and is more effective
than tubular filters. Can run up to 24 hours before cleaning.
• Available from 2 m2–80 m2 with multiple membrane housings.
• Eliminates need for filter aids such as DE for lees filtration.
• Solids-free juice and wine lees can go directly to bottling.
• Can be used to polish wine that has been racked and is relatively low in suspended solids.
TMCI Padovan Nitor CA XL Series Cross-Flow Filter
Fully automated stainless steel cross-flow filter equipped with service tank,
feed-boost circulation pumps, and control instruments. Programmable backwash system makes it possible to achieve a higher constant filtration level with
prolonged filtration cycles.
• Available from 160 m2–480 m2.
• Micro-filtration membrane for preparation prior to bottling.
• Automatic flow and integrity testing of membranes after cleaning.
• Inert gas blanketing during filtration.
• Optional in-line turbidity monitoring, batch processing and tank management.
• Low product loss.
• Modular design allows for split capacity filters.
• Ability to expand by adding additional banks of membranes.
TMCI Padovan Nitor CER Cross-Flow Filter
Fully automated stainless steel cross-flow filter with ceramic membranes
equipped with service tank, feed-boost circulation pumps, and control
instruments. Programmable back-wash system for higher constant filtration
level with prolonged filtration cycles.
Available in two models:
• LS for low-solid liquids: 20–100 m2 (expandable with additional modules).
• MS for medium-solid liquids: 60–100 m2, (expandable with additional modules).
• Highly hygienic design and high resistance to low and high temperatures.
• Pressurization and nitrogen saturation kit in feeding and filtrate outlet tank.
• Automatic flow and integrity testing of membranes.
• PLC system standard, with customization available.
• Compact integrated automatic CIP system.
